Job Description

• Support in performing financial closing and management reporting, ad-hoc reporting/analysis and cash flow projections.
• Assist in preparation of annual reports and quarterly consolidation packages and drive budgeting and forecasting process.
• Account and monitor profitability by projects.
• Establish strong working relationships with the segments and build up mutual trust and respect.
• Regular review of financial performance with segments to ensure they understand their expenses, utilisation rates and potential finance issues.
• Ensure integrity of financial accounting processes and reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Provide guidance and advice on financial policy and practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve working practices and processes in Finance.
• Participate in Finance driven IT and productivity improvement projects.
• Preparation of tax return and ensure compliance with corporate income tax, withholding rules on cross-border payments.
• Track issues identified by Internal Audit and external auditors, and monitor implementation progress of management action plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy or ACCA.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience and preferably in Business Partner/Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Adaptable to changes and able to think out of the box with new ideas to drive improvements in our current processes.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills, meticulous and independent.
• Experience in analysis/database tools. Experience in system automation is a plus.
• Possess strong sense of business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and operate in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge with ERP systems, such as SAP
