Job OverviewPrimary: As a Senior Accountant, we expect the individual to have the skills and relevant work experience to be able to provide the best accounting service and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in handling the books of multiple clients based in the US involving analytical work.Secondary: Assist in completing the requirements of setting up the books of the local company here in the Philippines.- Performs accounting maintenance including financial accounts reconciliations including but are not limited to bank accounts, credit card, payment processors, categorization of transactions including cleanup and review of description.- Prepares and updates month-end workpaper, journal entries, and financial report package.- Conducts payroll reconciliation and enter required accrual adjustments.- Prepares accrual adjustments relating to revenue, expenses, fixed and intangible assets, short and long-term liabilities, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers.- Communicates directly to the clients thru call or email correspondence to address issues and concerns related to their books.- Delivers timely and high quality client deliverables and be able to train team members in the future.- Be able to handle complex client issues and apply effective prioritization on client deliverables.- Ensure compliance of the local company with SEC, BIR and other statutory requirements including renewal of business registration.- Coordinates with the Manager and Partner to ensure that target client KPIs and SLAs are met with proper monitoring and applying needed improvements.- Can be a good mentor to fellow team members.- Handles other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated by the management.Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Knowledge in US healthcare services is a plus!
- Must have a relevant Quickbooks experience.
- Must have a local statutory filings background, including but are not limited to BIR, SEC, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be a great team player
- Strong organizational skills and can work with minimum supervision
- Must have a high level proficiency of Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen to details and can work on a fast paced and dynamic environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per monthBenefits:
