- Preparing BAS returns & financial statements for Companies
- Preparing budgets & forecasts and monitoring monthly
- Preparing Cashflow forecasts and monitoring monthly/as required
- Daily/Weekly bookkeeping including bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable
- Preparing Job Cost Reports
- Raising AR invoice and distribute to managers to send to their contact
- Enter all supplier invoices with 100% accuracy
- Quarterly preparation of superannuation
- Annual PAYG summary lodgement / STP lodgement
- Preparation of End of Month reports
- Reconciliation of accounts for month and year end
- Tertiary Accounting Qualifications - BS Accountancy/CA/CPA/CIMA Qualified
- Knowledge of both Xero and MYOB required
- Knowledge of Project management software systems (WorkflowMax, Harvest, Streamtime, Total Synergy or others)
- 5+ years experience in similar role
- Highly proficient in Excel and Outlook
- 8 hour shift
- MYOB: 2 years (Required)
- Xero: 2 years (Required)
- Accounting: 5 years (Required)
