Job Description

Position Description As a member of the Finance Team in the Singapore office of the Asian Investment Management arm of a listed developer, the individual will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for maintaining effective controls over books and records of various legal entities, as well as handling their internal and external reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Review monthly/quarterly management accounts prepared by property managers and outsourced service providers for Singapore/overseas Fund entities.
• Review Fund consolidation reporting and prepare quarterly investor reporting packs for Singapore/overseas Fund entities.
• Handle capital calls, distributions to investors, perform management fee and incentive fee calculations and related invoicing, and prepare/review investor and fund NAV and investor statements.
• Handle preparation of Singapore/overseas entities’ payments and other cash management matters including fixed deposit placements, dividends payments, cashflow projections.
• Handle loan administration matters for Singapore/overseas portfolio including preparing quarterly loan compliance reporting, loan rollover notices, loan interest payments.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit, including preparation of the necessary schedules and financial statements.
• Liaise with corporate secretary for preparation of resolutions for Singapore/overseas entities.
• Liaise with tax agents for various tax filings e.g. annual corporate tax and quarterly GST, including preparation of the necessary schedules.
• Assist with review of financial reporting packs for corporate entities.
• Support Finance improvement projects e.g. systems implementation.
• Any other accounting tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Degree in Accountancy or diploma or equivalent with minimum 7 – 8 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software preferably SAP, Netsuite.
• Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and a team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Applicants with experience in real estate/private equity is an advantage.
