Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handles full sets of accounts including journal entries, prepare all accounts schedules to ensure accurate and timely provision are made for monthly expenditure, fixed assets, accruals, month end closing and year-end audit activities
- Record invoices & prepare payment to supplier
- Prepare intercompany billing
- Ensures company records are properly kept in accordance with company policies and accounting standards of Singapore
- Responsible for computation of tax computation and tax compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting
- Ensure internal controls are in place
- Improve accounting processes and procedures
- Assist preparation and development of budgets / forecasts
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field such as financial analysis, financial planning and familiar with corporate reporting requirements is preferred
- Good organizational and communication skills with sense of commitment and responsibility
- Meticulous and a good team player
- Independent and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with a Driver's License will have an advantage
- High basic from $1800 - $2200
- Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm
- Saturday: 9am to 1pm
- Working location: North-East (Walking distance to YCK MRT)
