Legal Entity Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the Finance department organization and management, responsible for Controlling, Accounting & Tax Management of the legal entity.
  • Set up and implement Finance policy, process and enforce corporate finance policy in the legal entity.
  • Responsible for company internal control process set up and implementation, and responsible for compliance supervision of the implementation of all Group policies and laws in company.
  • Responsible for Cash Flow, Payment, and Funds Transfer.
  • Responsible for set up and implement Industrial Solutions APAC regional hub allocation process.
  • Responsible for Sales Controlling and Cost Center Controlling of the legal entity.
  • Responsible for Group and Management reporting, including FIRE reporting, Actual, Forecast and Budget, Key Figures, KPI calculation and review.
  • Responsible for Local reporting, including HBII, Tax and Statistical reporting, etc.
  • Responsible for all Financial accounts and accounts reconciliation, as well as month end closing.
  • Organize internal and external Auditing, tracking audit progress, implement correction measures.
  • Coordination, communication and build up good relationship with Bank, Tax Authority, Customs and other government institutions.
Segment Responsibility:
  • Support Segment Controller with analyses and reporting, including but not limited to sales margin analysis, variation analysis, headcount reporting, investment reporting, financial KPI tracking, etc.
  • Support Segment Controller with budget and forecast process.
  • Coordinate with verticals on required data collection, template maintenance, analysis support, etc.
  • Develop and establish automated tools/dashboards to improve the reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • University degree (Bachelor or above) with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 5-7 Years of Controlling or Accounting experience in an international multinational company
  • Attention to details, analytical mindset, and hands-on working style
  • Strong MS Office knowledge required, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP system (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately across different cultures and levels
  • Intercultural and international experience is of great advantage and highly recommended
