Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,500

This is a Permanent role.

Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Full sets of accounting duties such other duties as the Company may reasonably assign to you
• Oversees finance departments day to day operation
• Responsible for companys financial procedures, records and statements for compliance with laws and regulations
• Securing financial information and ensuring that reports are accurately updated timely
• Coordinate and assist with audit preparations as required
• Tracking and recording incoming and outgoing transactions
• Handling transactions and confidential information responsibly
• Review & implement internal controls, systems and process improvement
• Data entry, filing and processing of payments
• Handle all bank administration and any other duties as the Company may reasonably assign to you.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (proven experience in a charitable organization is a bonus)
• Proactive, detail oriented, flexible and have a well-rounded view of business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applications related to finance and accounting
• Strong organizational and stress management skills
• An outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
