Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Accounting firms from Japan. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as an Senior Accountant.The Responsibilities:
- Providing Accounting and Tax consulting services for Japanese clients (e.g., during and after expansion, including transfer pricing, M&A)
- Various tax return preparation services (e.g., corporate tax, GST, income tax)
- Preparing various financial statements, and ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and standardization
- Daily financial work like Bookkeeping, payroll calculation
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Any other assigned duties
- Certified public accountant or USCPA
- Experience in an accounting firm or tax accountant\'s office is highly preferred
- Familiar with corporate governance, taxation, and legal requirements
- Meticulous, reliable and able to multi-task
- Positive work attitude and a team player
