As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing STAT reports, government reporting, and tax operations for our organization. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with governmental regulations, and efficient tax operations.Our TeamOur team focuses on international accounting & tax operation, and we are supporting over 50 entities across Asian countries.What You Will Do

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports required for STAT (Statutory Accounting Principles) reporting, adhering to industry guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare, review, and submit government reports, including but not limited to regulatory filings, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents.
• Stay up to date with current tax regulations, laws, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and tax departments, to gather necessary data and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify potential risks and recommend improvements to mitigate those risks.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a focus on STAT reports, government reporting, and tax operations.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• It is crucial to possess a strong focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in your job duties.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory and industry requirements.
