Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior accountant to join our finance team. The Senior accountant will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, analysing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company\'s growth and financial health. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions for Singapore office.
• Manage full sets of accounts and monthly reporting.
• Coding of expenses to ensure costs are recorded accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Manage employee claims.
• Manage cashflow forecast.
• Review payment vouchers.
• Review payment of vendors.
• Attend to queries from vendors.
• Attend to queries from clients on billing related matters.
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
• Perform general accounting, administrative and ad-hoc duties.
• Collaborate closely with Finance leader on all general account matters. This includes ensuring all billings are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Other roles & responsibilities as delegated by the Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master\'s degree, CPA or ACCA certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and taxation.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with an attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
