Responsibilities

• Manage all routine AP processes at the Group level, from vendor billing process, and payment proposal to updating the system upon payment
• Responsible for the full sets of financial statements for one of the subsidiary companies and ensuring monthly financial reports and schedules the financial statements are prepared accurately and timely
• Prepare GST filing and response to government statistics surveys
• Liaise with statutory auditors and prepare necessary schedules required for audit
• ERP System implementation: Assist in system migration from Quickbooks to Oracle NetSuite and implementation of process and procedures with other business operations including store, warehousing, and cafe
• Assist in the development and implementation of any other new procedures and features to enhance the workflow between the department
• Prepare Group consolidated financial reports by performing consolidation entries, eliminations, and adjustments
• Any other ad-hoc projects/studies and responsibilities may be assigned if need be from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalents
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting
• Possess good knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably Oracle NetSuite software
• Knowledge of full sets of accounts
• Able to work independently
• Able to work hands-on under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and written skills in English
