It is looking to hire a Senior Accounts Executive. The role is based in Orchard Road. Role Incumbent will be taking over a colleague for 6 months who will be on maternity leave before switching to a new portfolio. Job responsibilities remain the same for both roles. Reporting Line (Upward): Assistant Manager / Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities: Prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR and GL) for multiple entities Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules Prepare monthly rolling forecast and monitor cash flow Prepare annual budget Prepare GST returns and assist with corporate income tax and property tax Prepare MAS returns and surveys Prepare statutory financial statements for investment holding entities Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers Handle ad-hoc projects when assigned Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Committed, responsible and willing to put in effort to meet reporting timelines Meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Sage Accpac/Yardi/Cognos is an added advantage Experience with system implementation is an added advantage Work Location: Hilton Singapore Orchard To apply, pl send your cv in word doc to .
