Description
- To handle full sets accounts
- Perform day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to billing and projects management.
- Prepare month end closing and do bank reconciliation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To update accounting data transactions, filling and maintain a filing system.
- To validate Vendor invoices and posting invoices, process payments, claims and petty cash
- Responsible for month-end P&L
- Assist on government support scheme (including grant claims)
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and income tax schedule
- Assist with audit review and ensure that adequate supporting documentation is available for review.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of working experience
- Good Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
- SAGE working knowledge is preferred
