:
Handle month-end closing, full set of accounts
Prepare month-end and year-end closing documents such as reconciliation and audit schedules
Perform accurate data entries in MYOB accounting system
Update cash book, prepare bank reconciliation and handle other banking related matters
Prepare payments in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for AR invoicing and collections
Handle GST filing, CPF & AIS & other Submission and corporate tax matter
Prepare monthly project costing report, other project report
Liaise with Auditors and Bankers
Ensure company's books are kept in accordance with the accounting standards
Perform of HR function: ensure all payroll functions are in accordance with the statutory compliance requirements, and with Company's policies.
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy and/or diploma with at least 4-5 years of related experience
Proficient in MYOB Accounting System, Microsoft Office
Able to work independently, self-motivated.
Possess strong initiative, problem-solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Maintain confidentiality
Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
