Manager will be responsible for supporting the program's overall administration functions including human resources management, project asset and inventory management, transportation and vehicles management

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Major Duties and Responsibilities The main duties of the Senior Administration Manager are to:
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure completeness;
  • Manage the full long term and short term personnel recruitment cycle;
  • Manage employees’ insurance and project asset coverage cycle;
  • Manage program administration trackers such as vendor service agreement expiration, monthly employee head count.
