Responsibilities

• Advertising Campaign Support: Collaborate with Promotions and Merchandising departments to create campaigns that align with company templates and objectives.
• Supplier Coordination & Negotiation: Work with suppliers and the merchandising team for ATL/BTL activities, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
• Creative Direction & Approval: Guide design teams and suppliers in producing accurate, on-brand advertising materials and approve all final artwork.
• Team Leadership & Schedule Management: Lead the advertising team, ensuring timely completion of all project schedules.
• Media Planning & Cost Management: Plan production timelines, media schedules, and explore cost-effective promotional media while staying within budget.
• Display & Marketing Oversight: Oversee store displays, signage, and marketing materials, ensuring they match promotional themes and enhance the store\'s image.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing or relevant
• Experience in a Advertising and Promotion role.
• Min 3 years of Management / Supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Meticulous and good time Management
• Excellent communication skills
