The Responsibilities:
Part of a HR team of 3, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on attracting the best talents in the logistics industry and building strong employer branding:
As a HR Generalist role, you will support the HR Department on effective delivery of HR operations and activities to their business units, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning & development, staff engagement and other HR & Admin duties and projects as assigned.
Evaluate different recruitment requirements to find strategies for addressing current and future situations, including retaining employees, reorganizing, planning for recruitment, and fostering career development
Manage daily HR operations such as payroll, benefits, legal claims/surveys, insurance, work permits, onboarding/offboarding, creating HR/employment letters, and submitting reports promptly
Oversee and facilitate performance management campaigns
Create training plans and identify opportunities for employee growth
Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with general office administration tasks as needed
Other Responsibilities
Encourage and uphold company values, behaviours, and attitudes
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned occasionally
Aid the team in driving change and supporting company growth
Ensure adherence to Group Policies
The Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or related field
At least 5 years\' experience in Generalist focus work, with a MNC setup
With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solutions-driven
Ambitious, pays attention to details and is a great team player
Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. Advanced)
