Role Summary:
In this role, you will partner with a diverse clientele to assess the market and economic feasibility of the world's most prominent leisure destinations. You will be a trusted advisor, leveraging deep analytical skills and industry expertise to navigate complex development challenges. This is a senior role that demands intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead both projects and people.
Core Accountabilities:

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to ground client opportunities in robust data and insights.
• Client Leadership: Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations, presenting findings, and building long-term relationships.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of advisory assignments, ensuring they are on-time, on-budget, and exceed quality standards.
• Thought Leadership: Produce expert reports and presentations that communicate a compelling point of view and clear, actionable recommendations.
• Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting original thinking.

Required profile
Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years in real estate or hospitality consulting.
• A critical and creative thinker who is highly numerate and proficient in financial modeling.
• An excellent communicator and presenter, confident in representing the firm with clients.
• Globally minded, with a broad understanding of economics and a passion for travel and tourism.
• A collaborative leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project streams.
