The Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Revenue - Asia Pacific (APAC) will provide effective commercial support to hotels and area / regional operations in order to maximize Food & Beverage (F&B) revenue and profits. You will drive the continued development and growth of F&B revenue and profits from all hotels and to deliver Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s mission relating to profit, people, customer and quality.

What will I be doing?
As the Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Revenue - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Utilize existing tools to analyze, monitor and drive commercial performance of F&B within hotels.
  • Support and drive a culture of maximizing F&B revenue throughout the region.
  • Maintain and measure effectiveness of F&B revenue management tools.
  • Conduct analysis of F&B revenue streams and profits on an area, regional and hotel level, identify opportunities and make recommendations on maximizing performance.
  • Integrate and work with other functions of the business to ensure we exceed expectations of internal customers, owners and other stakeholders.
Planning and Organizing
  • Plan effectively within the F&B Operations function and closely liaise with other key internal stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations, support implementation and monitor appropriate revenue generating activities responding to short, medium and long-term business needs.
Management Information
  • Maintain tools to provide accurate, relevant and up to date information.
  • Deliver effective business analysis and intelligence to the key stakeholders in order to develop understanding of business trends and develop appropriate reactive and proactive initiatives.
  • Maintain systems and processes to monitor pricing policies in both F&B outlets as well as C&E and make recommendations on changes to drive performance.
  • Help maintain and monitor the necessary business processes that deliver useful, accurate and relevant information for analysis.
Managing Relationships
  • Establish, enhance and maintain productive, quality working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain and monitor processes and systems to ensure that accurate information is collected, maintained and made available in order to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Attend and contribute to regional forums / meetings to deliver information, progress updates and participate in the development of future plans and strategies.
  • Ensure hotels are kept up to date with systems changes and developments.
Project Development
  • Carry out and contribute to projects in order to drive knowledge, capability and performance.
  • Initiate development and improvement of systems within F&B Operations and the F&B revenue function in particular.

A Senior Analyst, Food & Beverage Revenue - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Finance related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years working in a region or corporate role relating to revenue management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present facts and information, both written and verbally, in compelling and clear ways.
  • Strong team player who is capable of motivating by example.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify significant trends.
  • Sound knowledge of job-related information technology.
  • Commercial acumen and sound knowledge of types and sources of business.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word plus strong knowledge of VBA.
  • Ability to introduce change effectively.
