Job Description
Your new company Join a market leading global markets bank that is in the midst of a global expansion plan. Your new role You will be part of their Global Markets IT team that is responsible for supporting their end-to-end production environment for their Commodities-related technologies. Your day-to-day job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for investigating and resolving any end of day batches related issues for the suite of applications.
- Responsible for ensuring SLA/OLA are appropriate, agreed and understood for the critical path of the batch processes.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure strong collaboration, awareness and unification of approaches, challenges and best practices.
- At least 2 years of working experience in an Application/Production support role.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, etc..)
- Working experience with Windows and Unix platforms
- Excellent support and potential for career growth
