KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce Architectural Working Drawings, (ie. submission, tender and construction drawings) using AutoCad 2D/3D and Autodesk Revit.
- Assist in reviewing project designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.
- Review and Check Dawings for Compliance with Authorities\' Building Regulations and Codes of Practices.
- Monitor the progress of Drafting work for timely and compliant production.
- Relevant experience in the Architecture and Building Industry Sector.
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or Relevant Technical Certifications
- Good Knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and Codes of Practices, Submission of plans to the Authorities and Corenet e-submission.
