Client Management

• Communicate with both account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients\' needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.

2. Strategy

• Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.

3. Creative Leadership

• Responsible for the project which are undertaken with senior copywriters/senior art directors.
• Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovative ideas with copywriters/art directors and other creatives.
• Produce design/copy drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels.
• Control the cost of production.
• Act as the main force of visua/copyl execution and be responsible for quality control.
• Have good communication skills and teamwork skills when working with collaborators.
• As a senior student, help designers/copywriters become familiar with the qualities of commercial art/copy and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.
• Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.
• Proficiency in mainstream design software.
• Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
