Job Description


What the role is
You will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR services, ranging from policy development to implementation and operation, to support a people-centric management philosophy and high-performing culture in CCCS.
What you will be working on
The key areas include talent attraction, manpower planning, training and development compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and learning and development. You will also be involved in corporate initiatives such as business continuity planning and transformation effort to digitalise and streamline processes. You will also be part of a team to manage the administration function within CCCS, covering key areas such as registry and record management, general office and facility management, and travel management.
What we are looking for
• At least 5 to 7 years of HR-related work experience • Experience in the administration functions is not required but would be an advantage, in particular record management • Knowledge of Civil Service HR policies, guidelines and SAP system will be an advantage • Have a strategic mindset, strong in execution and able to multi-task • Good verbal and written communication skills
