Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • Experience in HR operations
  • Familiar with HR systems (familiarity with SAP will be an advantage)
  • Preferably done HR records processing (specifically payroll, organisational management and/or learning records management)
  • [Working Effectively with Stakeholders] Identify and highlight cases that require special consideration to the Business Partners, and propose solutions to meet stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Guide stakeholders on where to access relevant information.
  • [Improving and Innovating Continuously] Identify work processes that can be automated or simplified, and play an active role in implementing work improvement plans. You highlight potential implementation issues and offer alternatives to the Business Partners.
  • [HR Knowledge and Skills] Knowledge of HR policies and practices in various HR domains will be useful. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel) and experience in SAP/HR and Payroll System would be advantageous.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
[Payroll]
  • Provide timely support in payroll activities (e.g. payroll cycles, billings, recoveries, checking of payroll reports and alerts)
  • Provide first-line support to queries on payroll-related matters
  • Maintain tracking of payroll activities and recoveries to ensure timely processing
  • Work closely with Vital and other business stakeholders on cases or system issues to recommend first-cut response or solutions
[Workforce Planning]
  • Manage and maintain the organisation data (e.g. creation of Position IDs, ensuring officers\xe2\x80\x99 positions are correctly captured in the organisation structure) within the Organisation Management (OM) module in the HR & Payroll System
  • Handle straightforward queries and troubleshooting relating to OM, and work closely with vendor to ensure system functionality
[Workforce and Leadership Development]
  • Provide administrative support in training matters (e.g. course registration) and the organisation of development programmes (e.g. managing trainee lists, proper set up of training venue, etc.)
  • Manage and track training budget and completion of mandatory training
  • Manage and maintain development databases such that they are accurate and complete to support analysis of data
  • Handle straightforward queries and troubleshooting on technical/process queries who have issues with system access (e.g. LEARN) or applications for initiatives
[Other Support]
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team in organisational events or initiatives, where needed
