Job Title : Senior Assistant Manager, Inclusion & Integration
Job Type : Permanent/Contract
Job Location : Nanyang AvenueJob Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of initiatives that contribute to an inclusive and socially integrated university\'s community.
• Facilitate the adoption of inclusive and integration practices by student groups, as well as units/departments.
• Support the development and implementation of policies and practices which enhance inclusion.
• Promoting students\' personal growth through co-curricular learning arising from student-led activities, leadership development initiatives, residential hall programmes, inclusion and integration efforts, community engagement initiatives and sports.
• Facilitating meaningful engagement among key stakeholders within and outside of the community.
• Support students, by identifying relevant services required for both academic and non-academic activities.
• Supervise junior staff in data collection, analysis and the preparation of management reports to meet MOE and university\'s reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

• A good Bachelor\'s degree from a recognised University.
• At least 6 years\' of relevant experience which involves considerable interaction with students or youth.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement initiatives at a strategic level.
• Communication, negotiation and influencing skills (written and verbal), especially in working collaborative with university students and colleagues from different cultural and disciplinary backgrounds.
