Job Description


The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Manage medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution
  • Drive the ML education and communication arm to increase awareness of latest industry trends and issues
  • Serve as a Secretariat to Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC)
  • Lead or participate in projects assigned

Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)
  • A good basic degree from a reputable university
  • Focused and motivated individual with relevant experience in case reviews and management of complaints
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Keen eye for details and a curious mind to deep-dive into issues
  • Excellent follow-up capabilities, ability to prioritise and handle several projects simultaneously
  • Skilfulness in handling people from different levels, backgrounds and personalities
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, including ability to negotiate, inform about risks, influence to gain alignment and agreement
  • Experience in nursing or healthcare related industry would be an advantage
