What the role is:
You will develop and implement strategies and programmes in the areas of Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll as well as Competency and Leadership Development to attract and build a talented workforce.

What we are looking for:
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Forward-thinking with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and commitment to excellence \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with HR data analytics and Microsoft Excel
