Join our dynamic and high performing Financial Management Group as a Finance professional, working closely with stakeholders in managing the financial affairs and regulatory reporting obligations of Macquarie Singapore\'s licensed entities.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for Regulatory Reporting obligations for Macquarie\'s legal entities and monitor daily regulatory ratios as well as prepare regulatory returns for submission to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), ensuring integrity of financial information by implementing and monitoring appropriate controls to ensure accuracy and compliance at all times\xe2\x80\x8b.

You will apply your sharp finance and accounting acumen to understand and apply rules, interpretations and assumptions around regulatory requirements, and ensure regulatory obligations are accurately completed and lodged on a timely basis. You will adhere to Macquarie Group\'s financial control standards and regulatory reporting policy when preparing regulatory returns.

Last but not least, you will be supporting projects driven by regulatory change, internal business changes or new business activities, and also identify areas for process improvement, enhancements and automation.

To excel in this role, you will hold a Bachelor of Accountancy or Finance (professional accounting qualification like CA or CPA highly preferred) and at least 2-4 years\' experience in financial accounting, financial control, legal entity control, regulatory reporting experience in a financial institution. Knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting rules and requirements will be a plus point.

High attention to details and the ability to flag potential issues before they become a problem will be important. You will have the ability to identify potential problems by solving complex and ambiguous issues and possess strong communication skills. Having a strong numerical and abstract reasoning skill and ability to access and test the validity of complex data will be useful in this role. You will also have a high degree of comfort in dealing with information technology and strong MS office skills.

Candidates with more than 5 years\' experience may be considered for an Executive level position.
