You will play an important role to support the Manager of Expenditure Team in various finance processes related to our e-Commerce business, iShopChangi ("iSC"). Key Responsibilities: * Be a Business Partner (from the Expenditure Team) to the iSC T You will play an important role to support the Manager of Expenditure Team in various finance processes related to our e-Commerce business, iShopChangi ('iSC'). Key Responsibilities: Be a Business Partner (from the Expenditure Team) to the iSC Team and be the main contact for all iSC-related queries. Be involved in month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare journal entries, ensure all costs incurred and revenue earned are properly accrued and accounted for. Reconcile reports from our systems and payment gateways, and respond to queries from merchants regarding any differences identified. Ensure payments to merchants are accurate, in accordance with contractual payment terms and finance policies, procedures and controls. Raise billings for commissions to merchants, referral fees to payment gateway and rental/utilities to tenants. Compute Cost of Goods Sold, Wine & Spirit Margin and Merchant Discount Rate. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external business stakeholders. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Accountancy (or an equivalent qualification), with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the e-Commerce space. Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, comfortable using pivot tables and Power BI. User experience in SAP would be an added advantage. Responsible, self-motivated, analytical, highly organized,with an eye for detail. Good business partnering skills, resourceful team player with hands-on approach to problem solving. Strong collaboration mindset and interpersonal skills, to provide strong support to internal and external stakeholders. Positive 'can-do' attitude, able to multi-task, be resilient, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
