Responsibilities:

Debt Investor Relations

• Contribute to the development and execution of investor relations strategies and initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for debt investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and fostering positive relationships
• Monitor trends and developments relating to the market, regulations and investor coverage to provide insights for enhancing our investor relations efforts
• Develop messaging and content for investor presentations, factsheets and other stakeholder engagement material, e.g., Temasek Review, Offering Circulars, etc.
• Update bond related webpages on the Temasek corporate website
• Assist with execution of institutional and retail bond issuances, including reviewing legal documents and preparing marketing material
• Assist with projects across a variety of adhoc topics as assigned by the reporting supervisor

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement / Credit Analysis and Ratings

• Opportunity to be involved in credit analysis and ratings work, or strategic stakeholder engagement work, in future

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Finance/Economics/Business/Engineering, CFA and/or additional major in Communications a bonus
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skillsets, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Numerate, analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of data to generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management platforms
• Experience with workflow analysis and redesign or process automation advantageous
• Conscientious and detail-oriented when handling qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong work ethic, ownership mentality, proactive and driven
• Good team player with the ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all seniorities
• Ability to work on a variety of topics in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, sometimes involving ambiguity
