Accounts Payable

Ensure that vendor invoices, payments and staff claims reimbursement are processed in accordance with Finance policies and procedures
Respond to internal customer and vendors\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries
Assist in preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation
Cash and bank management - Daily cash book/cash flow updates
Any other adhoc work as assigned

Accounts Receivable

Ensure that customer invoices, receipts and customer masters are processed in accordance with Finance policies and procedures
Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables
Respond to internal/external customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries
Cash and bank management - Daily cash book updates
Monthly Bank Reconciliation / Schedules preparation
Any other adhoc work as assigned

Qualifications:

Min. Diploma in Accounting with 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Operation (mainly AP & AR)
Accounting software application in SAP is preferred
Meticulous, analytical, detailed oriented and a good team player,
Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify areas for improvement on existing processes
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
