Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we managethe majority ofthe Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial performance, perform variance analysis, identify cost drivers, trends and recommend corrective actions for Singapore, Hong Kong and India
- Provide financial support for projects and initiatives financial reporting
- Prepare expense re-charging and accruals to ensure expenses are booked correctly
- Track and monitor strategic workforce\'s resource plan
- Assist in strategic cost management activities and reporting
- Drive process improvements, establish standards, tools, dashboards, and automation
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of financial processing and reporting experience
- Good communication, analytical and data organization/ interpretation skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with QlikView or Tableau is an advantage.
