Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business \xe2\x80\x93 they were made just right for you.About The RoleThis role will be responsible to drive high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality to support key customer benefits for DBS Credit Cards. You will work closely with external partners and stakeholders across the department and cross functional teams to improve customer journey, reduce turnaround time and remove employee toil.Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer queries for credit cards within the SLA of T+1 and escalate timely to the manager where required
• Perform accuracy checks of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reports and ensure timely completion with zero errors
• Drive standardization of internal processes across card products and improve efficiency through automation of reports
• Review current operation processes to identify opportunities for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement the change
• Manage end to end invoice payment process
• Liaise with Partners to resolve customer-related queries

Requirements

• Degree holder with 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management
• Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills with ability to manage stakeholders
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge is required and basic knowledge of MS Office suite
• Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
