Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of the Master Planning team, to play a part in shaping the future of Changi Airport through forward planning to introduce and install new airport infrastructures to ensure adequate capacity to support Changi Airport\'s growth. You will need to analyse, plan and enable strategic decision making around airport capacity enhancements, airport infrastructure and real estate developments and operations optimization to shape the future of Changi Airport. You will grow on your stakeholder management capabilities as you collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies and airport partners to manage airport capacity within the aviation ecosystem.

:

• Analyse flight schedules and operational data to forecast demand for airport facility requirements.
• Conduct simulation studies to identify potential airport capacity bottlenecks (e.g. roadway traffic, passenger terminals, airfield, etc.).
• Plan, design and recommend infrastructural and operational measures to enhance the throughput of various airport touchpoints.
• Carry out technical planning and design of the aircraft movement area in accordance to international and local standards, including risk assessments.
• Use GIS-based software for planning of airport infrastructures.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, airport partners, government agencies, project teams, contractors and consultants, etc. to optimise operational processes and interface on airport planning matters

• Good Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Transportation Engineering or related disciplines, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with airport planning/operations, airfield and apron operations and experience in analytical and simulation software (e.g. CAST, VISSIM), GIS-based mapping will be advantageous.
• Strong interest in aviation and airports.
• Experience with traffic flow modelling and roadway design will be advantageous.
• Experience with airfield and apron design will be advantageous.
• Experience with ICAO Annex 14 and ICAO standards and recommended practices will be advantageous.
• Excellent data analytical capabilities and quantitative skills.
