Senior Associate/assistant Manager, Product Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the aviation industry and a keen interest in the spearheading the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will be driving the development of our consumer mobile application and related products that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights.

You should possess a deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors in the aviation and mobile app context; drive decision-making across multiple stakeholders toward a user-centric outcome. In doing so, you are expected to leverage design, and technology to inform and direct policy decisions to improve overall user experience of the app.

In this role, you will support the enterprise growth strategy, specifically in the areas of planning and execution of acquisition and gamification programs to re-imagine how we serve our customers. You will play a pivotal role in recreating and redefining our business to generate lasting competitive advantage, focusing on growing our ecosystem strategy, starting with the Changi App.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with agencies and internal marketing teams on development and implementation of full spectrum marketing strategy to grow the app branding, as well as to drive awareness, adoption, and user engagement through multi-channel platforms, e.g. paid/owned digital, social, on-premise, and out-of-home media
  • Support enterprise marketing efforts including 360 marketing campaigns, activations, and/or gamifications from conceptualization, creative development, copywriting, content creation, to operationalisation
  • Foster strong and synergistic collaborations and be up to date on all marketing initiatives driven by the various digital products/programmes in the ecosystem
  • Manage in-app publicity real estate/tools which can be used by internal businesses to publicise their services and products; scope includes scheduling, and content/assets management
  • Monitor, measure, and analyse app usage, engagement, feedback, and marketing performance to derive insights for optimisation of marketing spend and maximising of ROI
  • Conduct research on relevant industry news, and/or trends to inform and shape product marketing, engagement, and gamification strategies
  • Work with developers and UI/UX designers to support product development, experimentation, iterations, and user testing for existing and/or new product/feature
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in digital marketing or loyalty marketing fields will be advantageous
  • Good knowledge on digital trends in the new media landscape
  • Good understanding of the use and effectiveness of omni-channel marketing tools and methodologies
  • Familiar with marketing tech platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target and AAM), or web analytics and reporting tools
  • Keen interest in working with datasets for campaign deliverability and post campaign analysis
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (or any other design software), and basic photo/video-taking
