Responsibilities

Planning of a customer engagement strategy

• Promotions - Conduct market scans and propose a promotion/ campaign roadmap for our insurance plans
• Product - Insurance is not familiar to most customers. Plan a convincing pitch to engage customers with our insurance products
• Partnerships - Build partnerships to embed our insurance offers

Marketing execution

• Execute your planned campaigns from end-to-end. Work with internal and external stakeholders on securing marketing channels, producing campaign visuals, crafting marketing copy and selecting the leads criteria for your campaign
• Experiment with different copies and visuals

Campaign tracking and iteration

• Track website traffic and the performance of campaigns. With the data, hypothesise, make tweaks and iterate
• Monitor paid marketing campaign statistics. Flag areas which need improvement and follow-up closely with Performance Marketing team and our external agency
• Grow online-to-offline channel

Business forecasting and reporting

• Participate in business forecasting and target setting
• Prepare forecasts for planned campaigns
• Extract data and prepare materials for reporting

Ad-hoc duties

• Involvement in special projects or other ad-hoc tasks
• Operational and administrative matters related to campaign setup and fulfilment

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline
• Strong written skills and a keen eye for detail. Education or experience in marketing and insurance will be a plus
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in meetings, emails and presentation decks
• Team player with good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organise and prioritise work
• Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
