Job Description




Responsibilities:

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify use cases to drive personalised customer experience and business outcomes
  • Continuously reiterate and refine customer journeys on Digibank Insights and beyond, the goal is to do the right thing for our customers, and always be authentic.
  • Enable from concept to design, the build and implementation of initiatives that align with Cognitive Banking strategy to achieve outcomes.
  • Work with UX Design team, product managers, customer research, analytics, data science, technology, and marketing to design, build and experiment new features of a project.
  • Project management and leverage on new technology to alleviate customer interactions using AI/ML capabilities within the organization
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience, in a similar capacity with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders including technology teams.
  • Adaptable when working with ambiguity given the fast-paced nature of the industry and role. Able to navigate independently and collaborate with partners with ease.
  • Efficient project management, comfortable working with data and technology teams.
  • Able to connect the dots from customer journeys design to identifying key performance metrics, responsible for performance tracking every step of the way.
  • Analyse data and make informed recommendations using measurable metrics.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with the Consumer Banking business is a plus - i.e. Service & product lifecycles, and how these are linked into various ecosystems.
  • Understanding of consumer banking technology and the latest trends in the industry preferred.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless and superior customer experience.
  • Positive attitude, and resilient when challenged.
