Senior Attorney
Job Description
A global multinational, our client is recruiting a senior counsel to be part of a legal team in Singapore which oversees regional commercial transactions. You will need solid technology, corporate or commercial experience, and you would have worked in-house with a global company in a similar capacity. Offering an autonomous work environment as well as broad exposure to the smart technology industry, you will be a mature, independent, and trusted advisor for the region and provide legal support across business functions on a variety of legal, complex sales, corporate commercial transactions, strategic, operational and governance matters.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Admission to the SG/AU Bars, with at least 7PQE, gained with a top law firm and in-house with an international company.
- A minimum of 4 years’ of in-house experience.
- Corporate, technology or commercial law experience.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
