• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
• Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
• Bake full range of breads, cakes, pastries, tarts and pies using the company's recipe specifications
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Baker

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a bakery setting
• Must be able to read and follow recipes
• Knowledge in baking breads, cakes, pastries, tarts and pies
• Familiar with standard kitchen equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, blenders)
• Able to work with other team members to meet deadlines
• Able to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
• Be punctual and well disciplined
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Diploma or Professional certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts, or similar preferred
• Understanding of health and safety, and basic food hygiene practices

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
