He or she is also involved in the day-to-day baking operations in the kitchen. This includes ensuring the kitchen operations run smoothly on a daily basis.Job Responsibilities: Involved in daily baking operation To oversee a team of pastry bakers To provide guidance to the junior staffs alongside with the Executive Chef. Involve in product research and development (R&D) To monitor supply for the bakery (inventory management) Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance of work area Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
