Roles & Responsibilities :

• Maintain BIM 360 platform as project CDE and administration of databases for projects BIM deliverable requirements.
• Assist in preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings according to project requirements.
• Create software procedures for modelling, drafting, clash checking, progress measurement and report running as per project requirements
• Create, maintain, and update project specific catalogues and specification for modelling (based on project standards and vendor information) and check catalogues integrity.
• Create procedure and macros for customized reports to suit QMS, MTO, piping welding Dia-inch, Weight and COG and other information from 3D model as required during project execution.
• Trouble shooting of software problems faced by designers and solving Revit software related issues (multi-disciplines).
• Responsible for interdisciplinary coordination for 3D model development
• Responsible for clash management and resolution for a clash free model
• Publish periodic 3D model progress report
• Conduct 3d model reviews with client, vendors, construction, contractors and within engineering disciplines for design, construction and installation studies and coordinate to close all review comments
• Integrate vendor 3D models to base 3D model of project
• Responsible for as-built model consolidation and handover to Client
• Conduct regular trainings to multi-discipline end users (designers) of the 3D model.

• Diploma/NiTEC/ Higher Nitec in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil & Structural) or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years work experience in drafting and 3D modelling. Experience in waste water projects is preferred
• Proficient with project design software such as AutoCAD, Autocad Plant 3D, CADworx or Revit.
• Candidates with experience in Virtual Design & Construction methodologies and BIM modelling, 4D, 5D and 6D will be advantageous.
• Familiar and well-versed in BIM 360 platform
