Job Description

My client is a local leading asset management company based in Singapore and specializes in the management and operation of commercial properties. They are looking for a Senior Building Executive to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading a team of senior building officers and contractors, as well as coordinating with other departments for daily building operations
• Handling tenant complaints and correspondences, attending meetings with service providers and tenants on a regular basis.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with tenants
• Planning and implementing routine and preventive maintenance programs
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure high standards of housekeeping, security, and other aspects.
• Escalating incidents impacting key performance indicators (KPIs) or service level agreements (SLAs) to the Manager in a timely manner.
• Assist in drafting circulars to tenants, preparing operational budgets, monitoring expenses within budget limits, and tracking the progress of ongoing work.
• Developing and implementing operational and risk management procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision and relevant fields. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for senior roles.
• Diploma level qualification in Real Estate, Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
