Our client is a Real Estate industry. They are looking for a Senior Building Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.Duties: Responsible in establishing and supervising all operating procedures for the building which includes security, fire safety, emergency and evacuation procedures etc Responsible in working with the team in planning and implementing the building's M&E maintenance and upgrading programs Responsible in managing the finance and budget of the building which include expenditure, facility income etc Responsible in ensuring the building facility, operation procedures and licenses meet the standard requirements, and are according to statutory requirements; Responsible for liaising with external parties, maintenance of contracts and equipment for the building Responsible in overseeing the preparation of estimates for repair works, works specifications, invitations for quotations, recommendations of the award, supervision of completed works including drafting of contract documents Responsible in maintaining the standards of the contract specifications such as cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control etc. Responsible in overseeing tenants' fit-out works to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations Responsible in leading team to work with the Project Team on executing and coordinating of building's related matters Responsible in conducting regular team meetings to report on activities of the building; Any other duties as required by the Management in relation to the management of the commercial buildingRequirements: Min Degree in building management services or any relevant field Min 3 - 5 years working experience in building management Prior experience in working with a Grade A commercial building is a bonus Prior experience in M&E is a bonusInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Email Address: [ Email address blocked ] Recruitpedia Pte.
