Job Description

• Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Building M&E Design for ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, PA, Telecom, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage, Lightning Protection and Earthing;
• Coordination with procurement Team for tender quotation and project claims;
• Coordination with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings;
• Coordination works for Building TOP/CSC, O&M Manual / As Built drawings and handover to client;
• Support Project Team for schedule or manpower arrangements;
• Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of Building Services packages.
• Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and B&S works, including of scheduling B&S works.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water, wastewater, WTE projects.
• Familiar with code of practice and standards in Singapore
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred & in other related design software/applications.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
• Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience in Selection, installation and Commissioning of Building Services equipment.
• Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and Client.
• Good technical knowledge of Building Services equipment.
• Relevant Building Services engineering experience would be advantageous
