Proactively engage stakeholders globally to promote the use of FE eco-system for identifying business opportunities and potential risks through presentations and platform demos. Ensuring stakeholders fully understand the objectives, operating model and governance framework of FE eco-system
Collaborate with stakeholders, offering healthy challenge to ensure that problem/opportunity statements are correctly framed, sufficient quality insight is captured and that desired outcomes and impacted KPIs are defined at initial concept stage
Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical design requirements for the wider FE development and analytics teams to develop
Work closely with FE product owner teams in a workgroup/ epic/ pod to ensure designs for platform functionalities are fit for purpose and are compatible to wholesale frontline processes
Work closely with WCDAO Analytics teams in a workgroup/ epic/ pod to ensure designs for triggers achieve their objectives and are compatible to CMB & GB frontline processes
Work closely with FE Implementation teams to deliver effective communications, trainings and education provided to wholesale FE eco-system front-end users
Manage stakeholder’s expectation according to complexity and priorities
Collect feedback and suggestions to continuously improve FE eco-system, its related and interconnected systems and processes
Ensure all platform enhancements and triggers developed are aligned to Global Wholesale COO, FE and business line directions and priorities as cascaded by Global Head of FE & Head of Platform Innovation
Keeping abreast of latest technologies and leading innovations inside and outside of the FS sector and applying them to the day to day role
Requirements
Proven knowledge of working in either IT, digital transformation or frontline sales environments within financial services is essential
An appreciation of Agile development, Design thinking and Program Execution best practice; is essential
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to identify business problems, analyse root causes and recommend suitable solutions that are grounded in data and insights and user/customer led in their final design
Ability to visualize end to end journeys
Experience in being highly accountable whilst working as part of a wider team
Be able to interpret data and present to senior stakeholders in a clear, non-technical way to get buy-in
Outstanding stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills. Ability to navigate within an organization, managing conflicting views and translating them into a commonly aligned view
Profound understanding of Commercial Banking business from a Regional or Global perspective. Good understanding of various CMB products (e.g. GTRF, GLCM, GM, Insurance, Investments, etc.)
Solid technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong team player
Fluent written and spoken English
