Job Responsibilities:
Elicit, discover and evaluate business requirements and understand the project from the business point of view. Analyze the requirements using industry best practices and methods and ensure the business needs are clearly translated into functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate discovery workshops (where applicable), client interviews and conduct fit/gap analysis to document the as-is and to-be processes. Create requirements specification and requirements traceability matrix for the identified requirements. Prepare project documentation such as Functional Specifications. Engage closely with the Solution designers/Architects, developers to ensure successful implementation of the agreed requirements. Collaborate with cross functional teams and business stakeholders with the intention to meet project needs and exceed client expectations. Work closely with the testing team to validate the test cases before the SIT/UAT is initiated to ensure the deliverables meet the requirements specification. Ensure the acceptance criteria is well-defined for developers and testers to understand the functionality of the product/deliverables. Able to assess the feasibility, impact and effort for change requests from the clients.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally in a highly analytical/numerical subject or equivalent experience. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst. Possess strong storytelling and communications skills of both written and spoken English. Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Hands-on experience with BDD framework and UML Diagrams. Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience in working with Jira, confluence or Azure DevOps. Experience in Web based solution analysis. Experience in Dashboarding solutions like Tableau will be an added advantage. Experience in building data products will be an added advantage.
