About this role In additiv, Business Analysts are part of our subject matter expert team (SME) consulting projects, distribution and implementation partners, and product development teams. They are responsible for owning the overall business design of assigned projects as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs. Your responsibilities

• Strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system and technical requirements by use of our standard product offering
• Writing detailed business specifications based on direct interactions with clients and our product or delivery team
• Driving and facilitating best practice business development initiatives
• Leverage our wealth-tech platform to deliver best-of-breed digital wealth management solutions to our clients
• Design and map business requirements and solutions to system and technical requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories and break them down into detailed specifications based on direct interactions with internal or external stakeholders
• Create and constantly improve the best-practice design and implementation frameworks
• Lead development teams daily and sign-off implemented functionality

Your qualifications, skills & experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration or similar subject
• Minimum 6 years of working experience and proven track record in Business Analysis, preferably in digital Wealth Management, Investment, or Consumer Banking
• Strong analytical skills, project scoping, and requirements writing
• The ability to work independently in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and proven team-player
• Familiarity with SaaS and platform business models is a plus
• Solid functional understanding of Wealth Management and Consumer Banking, its products, processes, and business practices
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio management
• Preferable combined background as project manager
• Strong skills in business analysis, project scoping, and requirements writing
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices, experienced in JIRA tool
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of other major Asian languages is desirable
• Ability and enthusiasm to work in a global and multicultural environment
