Job Description


They are looking for an experience Senior Business Analyst cum Product Owner to be part of their Business Data Analytics and Tools capability team on a permanent basis. The incumbent will be the Salesforce subject matter expert and go to person within the APAC region while also working with the wider team in Europe and North America. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a proven track record in delivering medium-large scale projects. The Salesforce analyst will support senior members of the business analysis and tools teams and play a pivotal role in driving business value through Salesforce enhancement, development and adoption. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with EACG marketing and business development stakeholders to scope, define and deliver key requirements that impacts short and longer-term decision making.
  • Manage the overall health of the Salesforce platform with emphasis on APAC, which consists of deep dive of issues to determine the root cause, offering technical expertise and support on new releases while also mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
  • Partner with regional teams to develop the Salesforce roadmap to ensure that developments create long term benefits at both the regional and local level.
  • Develop and ensure best practices surrounding the adoption of Salesforce are up held by business users and provide training to users.
  • Represent APAC at global level to influence and align on strategic developments while also building trust and credibility with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Support the integration of key data sources from third-party vendors to improve our internal and external market intelligence and analytical capabilities
  • Leverage new and existing Salesforce capabilities to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems
  • Work collaboratively with IT and the wider technology team, learning from their experiences and sharing best practices
  • Strong management of backlog of requests and coordination with IT to execute
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client behaviour, competitive trends, and business drivers to inform decision making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Computer Science or a quantitative field with 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in integrating various platforms with Salesforce Platform
  • Demonstrate experience of gathering business requirements and turning them into actionable insight for a consumer business
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical training for non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to execute on multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Confluence/Jira or other project management tools is beneficial
  • Salesforce Admin Certifications and Agile Certifications are beneficial.
  • Ability to manage a vendor relationship including influencing their product development roadmap
