Description:
- Program the theatre & studios with internal and external shows/events.
- Manage and maintain hirer relationships.
- Attend to hirers' requirements and coordinate with internal departments to fulfil these requirements.
- Prepare quotations and contracts for the hirers.
- Manage P&L of the projects.
- Manage front of house requirements such as ushers, security and concessions for the shows/events:
- Engage and manage ushers and security for the respective shows.
- Ensure smooth running of the show.
- Handle patron's feedback & complains.
- Work with SISTIC or any other ticketing agents on ticketing requirements.
- Ensure that extra measures such as security are in place when an event is attended by ministers and above.
- Ensure that the events are following the prevailing pandemic SMM.
- 2-3 years of Marketing with event management background is an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and analyse situations with proposed action plans.
- Having an eye for design.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Be a team player but able to work independently when needed.
