Our client located in Serangoon North is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development & Operations (HCDO), you will: . Support HCDO in conducting research for existing Business Units or new markets and analysis to facilitate business development decisions . Provide input, experience, and expertise to organise, set-up and expedite projects/ businesses handled by the department from start to finish . Responsible for project budget preparation, tender /quotation administration, and reporting to management on the project costing . Establish and maintain overall project delivery plan, including the cost, schedule, quality and performance baseline . Continuously monitor and report on project execution to the team & various stakeholders . Effectively manage the issues escalated to the appropriate level within the organisation when necessary . Assist the Business Development team in the preparation of business reports and proposals . Provide administrative support and assist in managing meetings and appointments for the team . Submit timely regular reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned . Working with Operation Team and preparing application and pursing of government grant Requirements . Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Business or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development . Good project management & problem-solving skills . Be able to prioritise, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure . Be highly results-driven with a can-do' attitude . Be analytical, detailed-oriented and flexible and adaptable to changes . Be able to work independently, think-out-of-the-box' in researching for information and at the same time, a team player . Possess strong written and verbal communication skills . Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & data analysis tools and preparing management presentations . Candidates meeting beyond expectation may be considered for Manager position.
